Our responsibility: sustainability

As a provider of painting tools, we have been shaping craftsmanship for over 100 years. At the same time, we see it as our responsibility to consider the long-term impact of our actions and continuously improve them.

Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate responsibility – today and in the future.

Why sustainability?

Sustainability is firmly embedded in our corporate values. We take responsibility for our employees, partners, society, and the environment and align our actions with long-term stability and development. Our goal is to develop products and solutions that are functionally convincing while supporting responsible use of resources.

We also create a working environment that promotes safety, health, and development opportunities throughout our company and along our value chain.

Our approach

We view sustainability as an ongoing development process and focus on areas where we have direct influence:

  • our products and materials
  • our supply chains
  • our production and logistics processes
  • our employees and partners

Our activities are structured around three key areas:

PLANET – responsible use of resources

PEOPLE – responsibility towards people

PROCESS – sustainable economic foundations

Implementation practice

We continuously translate our approach into concrete measures and develop them in a measurable way.

PLANET

  • improving packaging recyclability
  • use of selected materials (e.g. FSC®-certified wood)
  • development of resource-efficient solutions

PEOPLE

We respect internationally recognized human rights and commit to defined social standards along our supply chain.

Our FSC® certification and compliance with relevant core labour standards further underpin this commitment.

PROCESS

Sustainability is part of our economic management and is integrated into our decision-making processes.

  • Consideration of sustainability-related criteria in investments
  • Gradual development of internal processes
  • Transparent reporting and communication of relevant progress
  • Involving employees in the further development of our measures

Why is this important?

“To us sustainability as an integral part of our corporate strategy and systematically integrate it into our structures and processes.”

- Daniel Rogusch, CEO
