Many areas of work and life are experiencing noticeable restrictions in the current situation. This also affects the classic job interview in the recruiting process. With the help of a webcam and microphone, however, a conversation situation can be created that comes as close as possible to the classic interview. 

Even if building a personal relationship and the first personal contact cannot be replaced equally, a digital job interview conducted by video offers many advantages: In comparison to the telephone interview there is the possibility of obtaining an authentic overall picture of the applicant.
