The training seal is only awarded to companies that prove they provide outstanding qualifications and above-average training for young talents. The assessment was based on a scientific model that considered all the relevant training aspects through 360° feedback from our trainers, training officers, trainees/students and former trainees/students.
The training of our junior staff is a matter close to our hearts, which is why we provide outstanding training for young talents and provide them with above-average training. The 360° feedback from our trainees and trainers was included in the assessment.
This result is due to the efforts of all those involved in the training and who work constantly together to advance our training – thank you very much for this!
